Stone House Refuge

This thoughtfully executed addition to the Stone House was designed to feel as though it had always been part of the original structure. Using natural building materials carefully selected to mirror the existing home, the new construction blends seamlessly with the historic character of the property. Expansive windows invite an abundance of natural light that accentuates the clean lines of the interior, highlighting the crisp color palette and moulding throughout the space. The primary goal of the project was the creation of a first-floor primary bedroom suite, bringing both comfort and long-term livability to the home. The result is a refined, understated expansion that respects the integrity of the original architecture while enhancing the way the homeowners live in and enjoy their space.
