House on the Lake

House on the Lake began with the complete removal of the existing structure to make way for a striking new modern retreat set gracefully above the water. The home is anchored by a dramatic great room with a large stone fireplace as its central focal point, seamlessly opening to the kitchen and dining areas for effortless flow and connection. A sculptural spiral staircase leads to a game room above, while a dedicated pool bath and changing area transitions naturally to the infinity pool and spa beyond.

Designed with entertaining and relaxation in mind, the outdoor living spaces feature power screens, a wood burning fireplace, ceiling heaters, and a full outdoor kitchen. Throughout the home, carefully curated materials including reclaimed wood accents, metal fabric at the stairs, a walnut front entry, and beautifully executed stonework create depth, warmth, and texture, resulting in a residence that is equally suited for gathering and quiet lakeside living.
